Audrey Guth

Audrey Guth is Director and Founder of Diamond Personnel Inc. She is originally from the United States and has been in Canada since 1985. In her quest to find the perfect nanny for her family, she found a huge gap in the credibility of the nanny placement industry. Out of necessity, she created a company that provides superb customer service by establishing long-term relationships with clients. Mrs. Guth has a B.Sc. in Nutrition and a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her most important accomplishments to date have been her four children. Billy is living and working in Las Vegas for the Light Group Corporation, Shauna recently completed her Masters Degree and is now a placement consultant at Diamond, Benjamin is currently attending Dalhousie University in Halifax and Jesse is a student at Metropolitan Preparatory Academy  in Toronto. Minda Tubon

Our Overseas Coordinator is originally from the northern Philippines. Minda graduated with a B.Sc. from the University of the East in the Philippines. She worked as a caregiver in Italy and arrived in Canada in 1985 as a Live-in Caregiver. Minda pursued her studies in Computers and Business Management. Once she achieved her landed immigrant status, she worked for Purolator Courier and then as a store manager for Best Wishes Carlton Greeting Cards. She returned to school to upgrade her computer skills and joined Diamond Personnel in 1996. Minda has two beautiful children, Irene is 14 years old and Ryan is 11 years old. Renee and Minda have been married for 20 years. Minda is an integral part of every aspect of Diamond Personnel. She truly loves her job and it is evident in everything that she does for the applicants and the employers. Shauna Guth

Shauna Guth has been living and breathing Diamond Personnel her entire life. Daughter to the company’s director, Shauna is very passionate about Diamond and is highly involved in the company's growth. After completing a B.A. (hons) in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Criminology, Shauna joined Diamond as a Placement Consultant. She is a dedicated and ambitious addition to the Diamond team. Amy Shnier

Amy Shnier is a graduate of McGill University with a B.Com Degree in Marketing and Human Resources. She joined Diamond as the Global Recruitment Coordinator, acting as liaison between Diamond Global and its overseas agents. Amy also coordinates the Marketing initiatives of both Diamond Global and Diamond Personnel. She is extremely hardworking, ambitious and dedicated to the success of Diamond. Evangeline Ancheta

Our highly skilled Immigration Consultant, Evangeline Ancheta, is a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Back home in the Philippines, Vangie achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Law. She put her education to work, practicing law in the Philippines as a barrister and solicitor for more than seven years. Evangeline then moved to Ontario where she got her Paralegal with Honors degree from Yorkville College. She has been working as an immigration consultant in Toronto since May 2004. Vangie is happily married to her husband and enjoys watching movies. We are extremely excited to have Vangie as a part of our Diamond Team and know that she has a lot of knowledge and acquired skills in the industry to share with us. Lorna Ditzend

Lorna Ditzend is a graduate of B.Sc. in  Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.  Back home, she worked as an Executive Assistant at one of the top IT companies and was a sole owner/operator of her own businesses like clothing lines and wedding consultancies.  Here in Canada, Lorna worked in various fields including travel counselling.  She's a very determined woman and she has recently earned a diploma in Professional Office Administration.  Lorna loves to travel and network with friends.  She is happily married to Nick, a Banker and has a daughter, a university graduate with a degree of Fine Arts. Michel Q. Alejandrino

Our Administrative Assistant is originally from Iloilo, Phillipines. Michel graduated from The University of Iloilo with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Computer Science. In the Phillipines, she worked as a Cost Assistant for a development company, and then as a Data Encoder for a major electric company. Michel came to Canada as a live-in caregiver, and then worked as a Psychomotrist and a Personal Assistant. Natalie Francis

Our Office Administrator Natalie Francis was born in Canada, of Jamaican decent. She pursued her studies in Medical Assistance and Office Administration through the National Academy of Health and Business. Natalie's multitasking and communicational skills make her a definite asset to the Diamond team. Her strong and determined personality drive her to continue to enhance her knowledge and skills.
