Our Fees

LOCAL NANNIES, ELDERCARE, NANNY/DRIVER, EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPERS:

$1,995.00 + GST

Our fee for a permanent placement is $1,995.00 plus GST. 
Our fee is not based on the nanny's salary. We will do everything we can to negotiate a fair wage on your behalf, you are our client, but the ultimate decision regarding salaries is between the employer and the candidate. Our full fee is due upon signing of the job offer. All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of employment. It is the employer's responsibility to keep payroll records, make appropriate deductions and remit all taxes. We will assist you with this process.

HOUSE MANAGERS, HOUSE COUPLES, CHEFS:

Placement fees for these candidates are 10% of the annual wage/compensation package and is due upon signing of the job offer.

OVERSEAS NANNIES:

Our fee for an overseas nanny is $1,695.00 plus GST. Our fee for an overseas nanny who is also a driver is $1,995.00 plust GST. Our fee for a Nanny from Ecuador is $1,995.00 plus GST (regardless of driver status). A deposit of 75% of the fee is due upon selection of the candidate. The balance of the placement fee is due the day your nanny arrives. On the day your nanny commences employment, we will send a courier to pick-up a cheque for the remainder of the placement fee. If you require a temporary nanny in the interim, the full placement fee will be due.
